Woman finding her identity and purpose on a beach

In 2016, I moved to Arizona with the hope of creating something new, something expansive. Within two weeks, I found myself immersed in yoga teacher training, eager to step into this new chapter. Just a few months later, I lost my job. There was no going back. I threw myself into teaching full-time, trying to make sense of what felt like a sudden and overwhelming shift.

For a long time, my worth was tied to what I did. First, it was the paycheck, then it was the quality of the classes I taught, the meals I made, and the sense of order I created in my home. My identity had become a product of my output—what I could give, how much I could give, and whether it was enough. I became the super teacher, the super girlfriend, then the super fiance´. Each new role was a way to prove my value.

Then came 2020.

Everything I had built came crashing down. The pandemic took away my in-person classes, and suddenly, there was nowhere to hide. The world around me felt like it was shifting in ways I couldn’t control, and I was forced to adjust my expectations and release the identities I had clung to for so long.

Six months before my pandemic wedding, I lost my mother unexpectedly to a heart attack. My plans—my life—no longer looked like I had imagined. The pieces of the puzzle I had worked so hard to assemble didn’t fit together anymore.

In the midst of it all, I realized something profound: the identities I had defined myself by weren’t who I truly was. They were just roles I had played. When everything slowed down, I had to ask myself, Who am I, really?

It was in these quiet moments of stillness—sitting under the vast Arizona sky, feeling the wind against my skin, or sharing an unspoken connection with a student I’ve worked with for years—that I began to find myself again. I realized that my true essence was not defined by productivity or output, but by something much deeper.

I am:

  • A deep feeler

  • A soul healer

  • A big hugger

  • A quick smiler

  • A loud laugher

  • A huge lover

These are the qualities I want to be known for, remembered for, and loved for. They are the heart of my legacy.

The Journey Back to Myself

The unraveling wasn’t an end—it was a beginning. The shifts in my life, the loss, the transitions—each one was a nudge to reconnect with the parts of me that had always been there, but had been overshadowed by external expectations.

It was through this process of remembering—releasing the identities and roles that no longer served me—that I began to create the framework I now use to help others. This work, grounded in my own journey, is not about adding more layers to your identity. It’s about peeling them back to reveal the truth that’s always been inside you.

There’s a subtle, gentle power that comes from being aligned with your true self, rather than constantly striving to become someone you think you should be. This alignment is more than a mindset shift—it’s a way of living, breathing, and being.

The Framework: A Path Back to Finding Your True Identity and Purpose

Through my work, I’ve created a framework to help women find their identity and purpose. It’s a process that unfolds in four distinct phases: Arrival, Remembering, Realignment, and Remembrance.

  1. Arrival – This is where we begin. We acknowledge where you are right now and gently uncover any misalignments between your inner truth and your outer world.

  2. Remembering – Here, we reconnect with your true self by grounding into your rhythm, your body, and your core values. We use the four pillars of my method—Rhythm, Resonance, Embodiment, and Clarity—to guide you back to your essence.

  3. Realignment – In this phase, we integrate what you’ve remembered. You start to align your daily life with your inner knowing, bringing clarity and intentionality to everything you do.

  4. Remembrance – This is the phase of embodiment. You live fully aligned, grounded in who you truly are. Your rhythms, values, and essence guide every step you take.

This work is deeply cyclical and embodied, and it mirrors the way life often unfolds—by returning to the same truths over and over, refining them, and living them more fully with each passing day.

The Personal Support You Need

I’ve spent over two decades immersed in the wellness space, exploring and practicing a wide range of healing modalities. From yoga and Ayurveda to energy work and emotional healing, I’ve woven together an array of tools that now inform the way I guide others to find their identity and purpose. This journey has given me the depth and understanding to support you in your own process of remembering and aligning with your truest self.

If you’re ready to explore the rhythms of your own life and reconnect with the core of who you are, I’m here to support you—personally. I offer three ways to step into alignment:

  • Virtual 1:1 Support, where we connect directly and dive deep into your rhythms, challenges, and desires. Together, we’ll uncover the tools and practices that bring you back to your true self.

  • Digital Sanctuaries, which are seasonal spaces designed for reflection, growth, and realignment. These guided experiences offer support and resources to help you reconnect and live in alignment with your essence.

  • In-person Immersions in Arizona, where we come together for an intimate, immersive experience. These deeply transformative sessions are designed to reset your rhythm and bring clarity to your next steps in life.

These offerings are crafted to meet you exactly where you are, providing the personalized, one-on-one support you need to move from disconnection to deep alignment. The path I guide you on is about being—living in the truth of who you are, rather than constantly striving to do more.

Because true wealth—the kind that sustains, nurtures, and flows with ease—isn’t just about what we do. It’s about who we are at our core. And that’s the work I’m here to help you reclaim.
