Shari Sims, guide and spiritual teacher, sitting on a yoga mat, smiling warmly and embodying calm and presence.

For over two decades, I’ve worked in the world of wellness, spiritual growth, and embodied healing. I’ve attended the retreats, led the yoga classes, hosted the workshops. Many were beautiful. But most left me craving something deeper—something real.

When I look back, what I was truly seeking wasn’t another practice or performance. I was longing for connection. For a space where I didn’t have to earn my belonging. A place where I could breathe, move gently, speak honestly—and be witnessed, not fixed.

Introducing Communion & Care: Women’s Wellness through Breathwork and Movement

That longing led me here—to Communion & Care, a new kind of women’s wellness gathering. It’s not a retreat. It’s not a class. It’s not about doing more or achieving anything. It’s a space to return to yourself through gentle movement, breath, and mindful conversation.

This is women’s wellness without the pressure. It’s spiritual community without the performance. You don’t have to show up with a story or a plan. You just get to show up as you are.

What to Expect in a Women’s Wellness Gathering: Breathwork, Movement, and Connection

  • We begin with gentle breathwork and intuitive movement—nothing flashy, just nourishing.

  • There’s space to reflect, share, or simply listen.

  • We let the body lead. We let the truth rise.

  • We stay after, if we want—tea, conversation, quiet connection.

There are no formulas. No playlists. No rush. Just a warm, clear place to land, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot.

Is This Women’s Wellness Gathering Right for You?

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve outgrown surface-level self-care

  • You crave meaningful connection but hate small talk

  • You’re tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not

  • You want to experience real, embodied healing—not bypass it

  • You want a wellness space that honors your inner seasons and truth

It’s not for you if you’re looking for a high-energy workout, a curated spiritual performance, or a quick fix.

Experience Real Women’s Wellness: Embodied Healing Beyond Trends

I created Experience Amara as a space for women to reclaim their rhythm, reconnect with their truth, and soften back into their bodies. Communion & Care is the most distilled, honest expression of that work.

This is women’s wellness that meets you where you are—without pressure, without pretense, and without needing you to be anything but human.

Come move. Come breathe. Come be with us.
