What to Expect

How to Begin

1. Fill Out Your Intake Form
This form is a chance for you to share your rhythm — your routines, your challenges, and the parts of your life that feel offbeat. Be honest, be present. There are no right or wrong answers.

2. Find Your Space
Before filling out your form, take a moment to ground yourself. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and bring your awareness to your body. Trust that the answers you need are already within you.

3. Take Your Time
This is your time. There’s no pressure, no deadline. Complete the form when it feels right, and know that I’ll be here, ready to guide you when you’re ready.

Before diving in, take a moment to center yourself. Here’s a brief exercise to help ground your energy:

  1. Sit comfortably with your feet on the floor, spine tall.

  2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, counting to 4.

  3. Hold the breath for a count of 4.

  4. Exhale slowly through your mouth, counting to 6.

  5. Repeat 3 times, letting each breath soften the space between you and the page.
